Signal

KTWO can be heard in almost all of Wyoming during the day. During the night, KTWO has been reported much farther distances, such as Southern California, and Flagstaff, Arizona domestically. It has also been received internationally in the Netherlands and Japan.

At night, KTWO uses a directional antenna pattern that pushes most of the station's transmitting power to the west. This is in place to protect clear channel station WBZ in Boston, which is also on 1030. KTWO operated on 1470 kHz until 1976.
